Candace was very proactive ensuring that our two-month stay was trouble free. Her response time for any questions we had were addressed very quickly. The location was ideal for the activities we wanted to do in Clearwater. Close to beach, honeymoon island, golf, etc. The fenced backyard was a must for our dog and watching him while relaxing in the lanai was awesome. We absolutely loved staying at Maywood. The house is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near shops, gyms, and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and only 15 mins to Clearwater Beach. The yard provided ample space for our dog to get outside and stretch her legs; the garage was roomy enough to store our small trailer and two motorcycles; and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Candace was a wonderful host. She answered all of our questions and was very willing to help when needed. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the patio. We and our pups enjoyed the month long stay very much! The fenced backyard was wonderful for the dogs and we liked being able to store our bikes in the garage and the lovely lanai. Everything was very clean and Candace went out of her way to provide very homey touches and a lovely gift! We would highly recommend the home to others. A very beautiful home! After having stayed in plenty of air bnb’s throughout the years, this was the best experience overall. To start, the property and home is well kept and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Most importantly, the host, Candace, was the absolute best. She was very attentive, personal, and you can feel she truly cares about her tenants. We rented this house for a month. Me, my husband and our little 1 year old baby. This is a very nice sweet home. Very convenient location. Only 15 minutes to the popular Clearwater beach. Very very nice house. 2 comfortable bedrooms. Everything is beautiful inside and out. Lots of utensils for cooking. Very nice hostess! Responds to messages very quickly and is very kind. My husband and I stayed at Hey Maywood for 3 1/2 months and enjoyed every moment of it! The home is bright, clean, comfortable, and in a very safe neighborhood with nice neighbors. The back yard and screened-in patio were nice places to relax and enjoy our morning coffee and meals. The beds were comfortable and the room darkening drapes were a plus. The home is close to shopping and only 20 minutes from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Candace was an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had.
