EXCELLENTVerified Wish we could stay forever! This was our first Airbnb experience and it exceeded our expectations. Candace and Nate went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. They were so kind, on top of everything and responded quickly to our questions. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. The fenced in yard was just what we needed with our two large dogs and the neighborhood was so nice for evening walks. The location was spectacular and was near everything we wanted. Can’t wait for our next visit!Posted on AirbnbVerified The neighborhood is quiet, but walkable to CVS, the post office, and even the Phillies Spring Training stadium (an easy mile walk away). What the pictures don't capture is the abundant bird songs and chirping, and in January the neighbor across the street has a shrub that perfumes the streets. Getting in is easy with a code, and the house was super clean and with all kinds of supplies in the kitchen, bathroom, and a nice hostess gift from Candace. We felt so much at home, and loved the screened in patio where we relaxed with wine and listened to the birds. The dog loved the fenced in yard, which is actually fenced in--he is an escape artist and tried every nook and cranny, but it's large and secure. The kitchen is very well supplied, and the beds comfortable. The water pressure is good and the water is always hot. But best of all is Candace, the super uber host who is so responsibe, so kind, --we had talked about my interests before I arrived and there was a special sheet waiting for mPosted on AirbnbVerified Candace was the best host ever! The home also has a great fenced in yard and our three little dogs enjoyed running around the yard! Such a clean spot with lots of natural light, amazing fenced in yard, and convenient location. Short drive to the beach, Tampa, St Pete. Walking distance to CVS and other shops. Candace was very responsive and accommodating. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this one was by far the most well equipped! The home has a charming boho modern design that’s both stylish and comfortable, making it feel like a true retreat.
