Wish we could stay forever! This was our first Airbnb experience and it exceeded our expectations. Candace and Nate went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. They were so kind, on top of everything and responded quickly to our questions. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. The fenced in yard was just what we needed with our two large dogs and the neighborhood was so nice for evening walks. The location was spectacular and was near everything we wanted. The neighborhood is quiet, but walkable to CVS, the post office, and even the Phillies Spring Training stadium (an easy mile walk away). What the pictures don't capture is the abundant bird songs and chirping, and in January the neighbor across the street has a shrub that perfumes the streets. Getting in is easy with a code, and the house was super clean and with all kinds of supplies in the kitchen, bathroom, and a nice hostess gift from Candace. We felt so much at home, and loved the screened in patio where we relaxed with wine and listened to the birds. The dog loved the fenced in yard, which is actually fenced in--he is an escape artist and tried every nook and cranny, but it's large and secure. The kitchen is very well supplied, and the beds comfortable. The water pressure is good and the water is always hot. Candace was the best host ever! She responded quickly to all of our messages and was very kind and proactive with our needs. When something needed attention, she responded immediately to help us with needed maintenance. The home also has a great fenced in yard and our three little dogs enjoyed running around the yard! I stayed here for 1 month with my dog and it was absolutely perfect. I would live here! Such a clean spot with lots of natural light, amazing fenced in yard, and convenient location. Short drive to the beach, Tampa, St Pete. Walking distance to CVS and other shops. Candace was very responsive and accommodating. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this one was by far the most well equipped! Lots of trash bags, paper towels, beach items, etc. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Candace’s place was a really nice and homey stay. The house was clean, extremely comfortable, and in an excellent location. In particular, the screen porch and back yard made for a very relaxing time. Moreover, it was a short drive to Clearwater Beach, which we were able to enjoy often for a morning walk.Candace and Nate were also excellent hosts. They were responsive and courteous.
